1. Overview

Welcome to Majestic Pet Portraits (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide a digital portrait generation service. You upload a photograph of your pet, and we create a stylized digital portrait based on that photograph. We also offer printed and framed versions of these portraits for purchase.

3. User Content & Image Uploads

By uploading a photograph, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have the right to use it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the image solely for the purpose of creating your portrait. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photographs.

Uploaded images are processed and stored securely. We retain uploaded images and generated portraits for a reasonable period to fulfill your order. You may request deletion of your images by contacting us.

4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the product selected.

Digital portraits are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Printed and framed products are shipped within the timeframe specified at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, digital portrait downloads are non-refundable once delivered. For printed products, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your generated portrait for personal purposes including printing, framing, and sharing on social media. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the portrait for commercial purposes without our written consent.

All website content, branding, and design elements remain the exclusive property of Majestic Pet Portraits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or violates any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our portrait generation process.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our services.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe) to fulfill orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Uploaded images are used solely for portrait generation and order fulfillment.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
