Any clear, well-lit photo of your pet will work. Front-facing shots with good lighting tend to produce the best results. Avoid blurry images or photos where your pet’s face is obscured.

Your digital portrait is generated in just a few minutes. If you order a framed canvas, it ships within 5–7 business days and typically arrives within 10–14 business days depending on your location.

Digital portraits are delivered as high-resolution PNG files at 4096 × 4096 pixels, suitable for printing at any size up to poster-scale.

Absolutely. Many of our customers create portraits as memorials for pets they’ve lost. Any clear photograph will work — we treat every portrait with care.

If your digital portrait doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out to our support team and we’ll work with you to make it right. For printed products that arrive damaged or defective, we offer replacements within 14 days of delivery.

Currently, each portrait is created from a single photo. If you’d like portraits of multiple pets, simply upload a photo for each one separately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

At this time, framed canvas prints ship within the United States. Digital downloads are available worldwide — no shipping required.
